That's why founders Meaghan and Maia created Rocksbox: to help women everywhere enhance their style through an ever-rotating selection of jewelry, chosen for them and sent directly to their doors.
Meaghan Rose, Co-Founder & CEO
Meaghan started Rocksbox by lending pieces online from her own personal jewelry collection, and quickly saw a need among women to simplify the jewelry-shopping process. Before Rocksbox, Meaghan was a consultant with McKinsey & Co. and Bain & Co., leading product innovation and social media strategy for some of the largest consumer and retail brands around the world. Meaghan holds a BS in Economics from George Mason, an MS in Economics from Johns Hopkins, and an MBA from the Wharton School.
Maia Bittner, Co-Founder & CTO
Maia Bittner has worked at a handful of startups including Spock, a people search engine acquired by Intelius, and Hubspot, a marketing automation company that recently had its IPO. She holds a BSc in Engineering: Cognitive Science from the new and innovative Franklin W. Olin College of Engineering, and likes to use information about the way our brains work to design intuitive user interfaces.
Jenn Chu Kramer, VP Merchandising
Before joining Rocksbox, Jenn was the women's ready-to-wear buyer at rag & bone. She developed her merchandising skills through the training program at Bloomingdale's where she managed business for stores and for Bloomingdales.com. Jenn has an MBA from Wharton and a BS from Columbia, and was an investment banking analyst at Barclays Capital.
