Dear valued Rocksbox members,

You are at the heart of our brand, and with the recent developments related to COVID-19, we wanted to provide some information about our jewelry cleaning process. We’ve always believed that clean jewelry shines just a bit brighter.

We have increased the sterilization methods and processes in accordance with recommendations from the CDC. Our jewelry is held for a period of time before it is sterilized with medical grade alcohol cleaners to ensure cleanliness. Each and every piece is inspected by our dedicated, gloved operations team to ensure you continue to receive the best Rocksbox experience possible.

In our warehouse facility we have increased our cleaning schedules and focuses. All surfaces that associates have contact with (door handles, time clocks, countertops) are cleaned multiple times a day.

At this time, our warehouse is operating at a reduced capacity to ensure the safety and well-being of our team members, as well as the surrounding community. Because of this, you may experience a shipping delay. However, please be assured that we are ramping our operations back up as quickly as we safely can to ensure delays are minimized.

The wellness and safety of our members is our top priority. We will continue to monitor information and guidance published from the CDC and WHO, and update our practices as needed. We hope you and your loved ones stay safe and healthy.
