*Permanent Jewelry customers under 16 require in-person parent/guardian permission. Minimum age to receive permanent jewelry services is 8 years old. All permanent jewelry customers must sign an agreement and waiver before receiving service. Permanent jewelry involves soldering or welding a jewelry item on your person. Said jewelry does not have a clasp, meaning it cannot be removed and re-worn without additional services.

What is "permanent jewelry"?
Permanent jewelry is a custom-fit chain that is welded together instead of using a traditional clasp closure. While the jewelry can be removed by cutting the jump ring, they are intended for long-term wear.
Does it hurt?
Not at all! The process is safe and painless. We will also provide an extra measure of security with safety glasses, so your permanent jewelry experience is stress-free.
Do you use solid 14K gold?
Yes! The mix of gold with alloyed metals makes 14K way more resistant to wear and tear, so it’s perfect for everyday wear, active lifestyles, and sensitive skin.
How should I care for my new permanent jewelry?
Your permanent jewelry is designed to be worn continuously, whether you’re sleeping, showering, or going about your day. To keep it looking its best, clean it regularly using a gentle jewelry cleaner and a soft brush. Rinse thoroughly with water and dry with a soft cloth or jewelry cloth.
What about while exercising or active sports?
Be mindful that your permanent jewelry will remain on throughout your everyday life – exercise, swimming, sports, etc. Care should be taken to avoid catching or pulling the jewelry and damaging it.
What about metal detectors, airlines, etc.?
The TSA does not require fine 14K gold jewelry to be removed for travel, so you are safe to keep it on!
Can it be removed?
Yes. If you no longer wish to wear your permanent jewelry, you can cut the chain with scissors or wire cutters. Once the jewelry is cut off, it cannot be worn again unless it is rewelded. If you decide to remove the jewelry, carefully cut it at the jump ring with scissors or wire cutters.
